The one-on-one consultations are performed on the zoom application. It's so important for me to see my clients' faces and develop that trust that is needed to break through any obstacles you may encounter. Have good internet and be in a quiet place, without disruptions.

Be fully open and committed to developing your relationship with yourself and/or your adult children. If you are not ready to make changes to transition into more self-confidence and open yourself up to the possibilities of having an amazing relationship with your adult children, no matter what your circumstances are, then please wait to schedule an appointment.

An application survey will be emailed to you prior to our meeting. This helps me get to know you and your circumstances better.
